Running for DFL Secretary, and knocking to protect our DFL House

I got out on the doors today in Roseville for David Gottfried, running in the special election in MN40b. It is CRUCIAL that we win this race, which would bring the MN House into a tie. David is a fantastic candidate, and is running an excellent campaign. The voters I talked to were engaged and interested, with lots of vote plans!
I love being out on the doors, and I think ALL of our party leadership needs to do this more, in districts all across our state. It is through talking with voters that I get energized for this work, I learn how to better support our candidates AND authentically show up for our voters, and it makes us better party leaders. I’m running to be our next DFL Secretary because I know that I can do the job with excellence, and also because I know it’s critically important to be on the doors with our candidates, volunteers, and coordinated campaign staff because it truly makes a difference on how we approach the work of our party.
If you want a party Secretary that will also lace up her shoes to join you on a door knock, I’m your candidate. I would be honored to earn your vote at the DFL Business Conference on March 29.
